Pack Walk A Big Success!

Our recent AFLAR pack walk at San Buenaventura Park, was a big hit with both the 4-legged and 2-legged creatures! It was such good socialization, and fun for all of us. Actually, it was more of a walk and hang, which was fine with everyone. We had to stop for potty breaks, leash instruction, rolling in the grass, pictures, water and chatting. The sea breeze saved us from getting too hot, and it felt lovely. Thank you to our trainer, Gail Major, who volunteered her time to come and help with some leash walking challenges with Cosmo and Snuggles. It was so good to see our AFLAR alumni, whom we worked so hard to place in their happy homes. We hope to have a pack walk once a month. Hope to see you next time!!!
