AFLAR Rescues "Precious" from Shelter

We just pulled this little senior girl named “PRECIOUS," and she is already in a wonderful foster home with one of our awesome AFLAR supporters, Maureen. Precious has two foster doggie brothers and they’re all getting on great. Precious spent most of the evening last night in Maureen’s lap, and slept peacefully in her comfy crate beside Maureen’s bed.

Special thanks to VCAS volunteers and staff for taking such good care of Precious, Maureen for opening her heart & home to foster Precious, and trainer Gail Major for all her help and dedication to the animals. The staff and volunteers at VCAS love Precious! Jane, the rescue coordinator says, "Precious is nothing short of AMAZING! Energetic, athletic, social and outgoing with both people and other dogs, she even stands up and begs to be picked up or held. She actually dances for attention!” This sweetheart is about 7-years-old, in great health, only 10 pounds, spayed, up-to-date on shots, and READY FOR HER FOREVER HOME!!!
